I’m a multifaceted UX/UI designer and design systems leader with a track record of building cohesive, accessible, and scalable digital experiences for enterprise organizations.

At Blue Shield of California, I led the creation of Cerulean, the company’s first enterprise design system, driving organization-wide adoption across member and provider platforms. My focus is on bridging strategy, design, and development to deliver experiences that are data-driven, human-centered, and inclusive by design.

Over the past decade, I’ve guided teams, mentored designers, and collaborated with product and engineering partners to translate complex challenges into clear, elegant solutions. The majority of my work has spanned health care, insurance, and education always with the goal of simplifying the user experience and aligning it with measurable outcomes.
